We are always very excited to help you curate your stay in San Francisco, but we don’t have access to your room reservations. For these questions related to your hotel experience, we can connect you to the Hotel Zoe staff using the links here.

  • Yes! The Front Desk staff at the Hotel Zoe will be happy to tag your bags for a few hours and hold them until check-in or until your transportation arrives.

  • The Hotel Zoe may be able to accommodate an early check-in; sometimes this will include a small fee. Contact the Front Desk to inquire.

  • For a copy of your folio, please email the Hotel Zoe directly here.

    For questions about charges, please contact the accounting department directly. They’re available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can reach them by calling 415-561-1100; ask for the accounting department.

  • For room upgrades, accessibility requests and information specific to your room reservation, please email the Zoe directly.
